On Tuesday, the attorneys general of 12 states filed a lawsuit challenging HHS’s “conditioning [of] hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding on states’ agreement to discriminate against transgender people,” according to a press release from the Oregon Department of Justice.

Data from hundreds of public bodies in England shows only four complaints about transgender women in women’s single-sex spaces over a period of three years, according to advocacy group TransLucent.

The administration has been relentless in their dubious (to say the least) characterization of Good and progressive activists as “domestic terrorists.”
