Just got my groceries delivered and grabbing them to put them away was surprisingly straining, like, it knocked me on my ass and I only put away the frozen stuff lol

I feel depersonalized and disassociated I genuinely dont know who I am, or what my name is, Ash, Stella, Ember? Its like i fronted but locked out of knowing who I am, the person I am is locked up and only some memories remain accessible there is a silence so loud I can almost hear a name
