It’s a crisp winter morning here in Shaftesbury, one that makes your fingers tingle when you get into the warm again. The fields wear a glistening cloak of frost and the sky is a brisk fresh blue. The first snowdrops nudge through beechnut clad frozen ground. All is well. #naturewriting

Last week, Amber headed up to the Faber offices at London, for the first Publishing Declares summit. FOLDE is one of the few bookshops who have signed up to the initiative, along with Debbie (right) from Kibworth Books who spoke at the event. Meryl Halls represented the Booksellers Association.
