Well. While he’s pardoning folks….get all of the folks on death row pardoned, all those drug convictions for weed pardoned, etc etc etc.

This reminds me that apartheid and genocide don’t just hurt the ordinary and the everyday—it literally silences beauty people’s lives. The call to prayer is one of the most beautiful, ordinary things you get to experience in Palestine. Genocide stomps on beauty.

Yesterday the family group text was celebrating “Biden pardon, yay” so I naively opened news expecting a person who has a large public outcry for a pardon (like #LeonardPeltier) and then of course it was just his son. Fooled again!
