Black people are the most inclusive racial group. We let anybody come up in our house. We celebrate Asian folks when they attend HBCUs. We spend our money on “Blue Eyed Soul” artists. We let Latinos say nigga. We hype up white people when they have just a tad bit of rhythm and do a Black dance.

The issue is never solidarity and allyship. The issue is we do not vet people hard enough, nor do we protect our spaces strong enough. We are too inclusive and we shouldn’t be.

I think a lot about how Black Male Educator organizations eventually turn into a "Males of Color” support org.

this is why i don’t like nonblack folk in our spaces. they get way too comfortable. then you have black folks defending this and chastising us for wanting an exclusively BLACK. like please go to hell.

I keep over scheduling myself with social things when I’m supposed to be free.
