This is an outrage. The Educational Bookshop—& the Muna family that own and run it— are a cultural and municipal treasure. A JLM oasis & place where events and books focused on peace, equality and 🇮🇱 🇵🇸 partnership in pursuit of those things can often be found. What a disgrace 😡

I hope those offended by “from the river to the sea” are outraged by suggestion of “voluntary resettlement” essentially ethnic cleansing Palestinians from Gaza. Jewish & Palestinian national liberation has to be accommodated on this land. One must not come at expense or expulsion of the other.

So many times it has seemed this moment would come only for hopes to be dashed. Finally a #ceasefire has been agreed and hopefully this can be a turning point for #Israelis and #Palestinians, especially the families of the hostages and nearly two million displaced and devastated people in #Gaza.
