The Far-right aim to stoke fear & divide our diverse communities by spreading hate but they will fail. By standing together & celebrating diversity we send a clear message of unity. Leaders must recognise this & use their words, positions & platforms to pull communities together not apart

We must unite against those who seek to divide us.

Across LDN Family hubs are doing great work. I was pleased to join @joannemccartney.bsky.social ‬ & @allymcgovern.bsky.social at the Curzon & Fawood Centre in Brent. Parents & carers really value having services in one place, including access to free advice which @london.gov.uk has proudly funded.

When people told us we couldn’t tackle toxic air pollution—we did it. When people told us we couldn’t fund free school meals for our kids—we did it. Together, we can help end rough sleeping in London by 2030.

Fantastic to lead a brilliant. Solutions focussed Black Entrepreneurs Roundtable with @howarddawber.bsky.social. We want #London to provide the best chance for Black entrepreneurs and businesses to succeed, by working to break down barriers, such as access to finance and business support.

A UK-EU youth mobility scheme would make it easier for the Government to fulfil its growth ambitions. I wrote for LBC on why I’ve long urged the Prime Minister and British negotiators to pull out all the stops to get it over the line.
