Fluorescence Friday time! Here's my favorite tissue: the retina (this one from zebrafish). From top to bottom, rod outer segments in dark green, red/green cone outer segments in red, cone nuclei in pink, rod nuclei in light blue, cone terminals in orange, and inner nuclear layer cells in royal blue.
