I was finally able to finish a 20 min run, just over 2mi//3km. It’s not much but… I’ve talked about how hard it’s been to improve my cardio vascular. HR spikes to 160 bpm, comes down after 5 min, chest pain, etc. But I started a gentle 9 week program. And… it feels good to see progress finally. 🥹
