Two horror movies (Backrooms and Obsession) are gonna compete for the top spots at the box office this weekend. Its the third week for Obsession. If i was a movie studio, I would simply try to make 100 horror movies instead of one big blockbuster. Seems like a no brainer.

Lot of people seem confused how Grogu can be technically 50 years old but still a baby. Grogu planets years are longer, almost 10 fold, so if he was on Gars he'd be 5 years old. A planet's rotation is how long its days be.

Folks, I'm excited to say: I think movies and TV shows are actually trying to have good lighting again.

None of these cards seem all that great as a commander on the surface. But after diving into all of them, I found MOST of them are pretty great.

Seeing Obsession, and there's a MandoGrogu showing at the same time. Nobody in line for popcorn is going to Star Wars, they're all going to Obsession. Anecdotal, but neat

Saw Marathon update: yall are too mean to Spiral. It is not a good movie. But its better than 3-8. 5,6, and 7 genuinely have soap opera/softcore porn levels of acting, lighting and set design. At least Spiral looks like a movie.

Just saw Hokum (8/10 super fun) and gotta say Jack the Jackass is one of the most horrific things I've seen in a movie. If i saw that on the street, I wouldn't just cross to the other sidewalk. I'd fucking move. Uproot my whole life, hell, ill join Elons Mars colony, get that thing away from me.

Rewatching all the Saws because theyre on (streaming service i won't advertise but get for free through my phone plan) Really hard to say whether Saw 1 (Doomed Yaoi) or Saw 3 (toxic Yuri) is more gay. I'm leaning towards Saw 3, Amanda gets so breathy when she whispers orders in the nurses ear.
