How it started: assemble an interplanetary ship in orbit, send miner landers to refuel it from the Mun How it ended: full miners didn't have enough fuel to rendezvous, ship using the wrong kind of fuel for nuclear engines, attempting to deorbit ship causes it to explode into tiny pieces (crew safe)
