As 2025 comes to a close & I look back, I realize that these last 3 years have been taxing. Lots of transition, survival, stress, heart aches & breaks, but most important, learned lessons. I am actually looking forward to 2026 & a new era beginning. For the 1st time, I think I’ll do a vision board

Credit scores are a joke. I did a refi, so it looks like the original mortgage is paid off until the new one hits. It took my credit score down 3pts. Not a huge # but what if it was being paid off? I’m to be punished for being responsible & paying my debt 🙄.
