Thanks to some awesome people, looking at you @blesstheinfosec and @jamesholland_uk, the new box is alive and capturing data. Either I sucked at soldering or my dc-dc power supply is failing. Here's a little sneak peak.

So sometimes things go bad, the latest on the box was in the delta lounge about to do test and it dies mid boot. These journeys are never perfect and the adapter is in the checked bag. Troubleshooting time when I land. It might just be my old batteries are old 😕
