Bring to a slow boil & bring the heat down to the lowest setting. Stir gently a couple of times. When the water has all been absorbed, leave to rest for a bit

This so important. Also they will not sting you, pick a flower of any kind and encourage the bee to climb on and then let her outside, also if you see her trapped in a pool of water, just scoop her out and place her somewhere safe and sunny to recover preferably close to flowers.
