Turns out, FPGAs are a viable path to having ASIC functionality without an ASIC price tag. Sentinel 65X wouldn't exist without FPGA technology. Who *cares* what the silicon molecules in the chip look like, what matters is *it works*.

When you say a thing to the effect of "it's not a real computer because FPGA" I immediately lose interest in your opinions. That's just asinine. That's like saying "it's not a real computer because it uses a PLA". We use the chips that are available.
