I took a look at issues 1 & 2 of @jimmccann2.bsky.social’s The Other Half. I know it owes its lineage to The Thin Man movies, but I was surprised at how well McCann was able to bring the comedy of manners elements of the book/movie to a comic. Very well done.

Just settling down trying to read when the mail arrived with this little gem from @supajoe.bsky.social and @jimmccann2.bsky.social. It even was wrapped in tissue paper with an Ignition sticker. Very classy, and just what you would expect from Ethan (& Henry), my new favorite couple. Diving in!

The Other Half 2 was even better than the first. The mystery of the missing diamond continues and, I think, the culprit has to be among the characters we met so far. The banter between the Archers is operating at peak @jimmccann2.bsky.social efficiency and is hilarious! Much needed good comics fun.
