Some good suggestions so far. To expand on what it is I appreciate most about Ghibli, I love the vibe of them. They’re slower, more mature, and more contemplative than a lot of animated movies from the US, which tend to feel like cereal commercials. I particularly love Ghibli’s more grounded stuff.
