Got a copy of Blue Wing Blitz for the WonderSwan. It’s a tactical RPG where the battles are aerial dogfights. I thought the cover & character art was by Akihiko Yoshida (same as Final Fantasy Tactics), as it’s very similar, but it was Nobuyuki Ikeda (who also worked on Tactics so I think it counts)
