Something I’ve been quite quiet about is my recent diagnosis of RRMS (relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis). It’s been a long few months trying to get to the bottom of why I’ve been feeling so awful since November last year, but in April I found out. And today I started a blog about it.

Remember: Cass is not peer-reviewed - and is therefore not “gold”, silver, bronze or even recycled plastic standard. IMO it’s just pseudoscience. There are now at least five damming, peer-reviewed critiques of Cass; all automatically of a higher standard, with at least two more in peer-review.

Oatie isn’t really known for being spooky, but when she does give it a go she bloody nails it.

If there’s one thing Oatie would be if she wasn’t a cat, it’s a shoe. Could she aim a little higher? Perhaps, but she didn’t take it well when I belittled her modest dream.

When Oatie wants food and we’re ignoring her (either because she’s already been fed or it’s way too early for her dinner) she’ll do this. She knows we can’t resist her silly, adorable antics - it’s very calculated of her really, but damn does it get our attention 😻

Often when I’m out in a forest, I’m looking down, searching for interesting clumps of moss and whatnot. It can be a very rewarding habit - I love the grandeur of nature, but I also adore the minutiae
