This morning's thought: Why would the pustule actually pay Iran? He doesn't pay anyone. He will *agree* to pay and then treat it like every other agreement/promise he's ever made. He will take the $300 billion from us and somehow it will get lost on the way to the Middle East.

Today's reminder about being a homeowner: Seen on a plastic bag tied to a tree at a nearby condo group - "Hello. I am a tree. A DEAD tree. Take me down before I fall on you." Homeowners get to keep their own property safe (when they can afford it). Condo boards can be slow about danger.
