Not quite as unscathed as I thought I was in the recent weather. My backyard fence has developed a lean, and one panel of it is now being held up by the holly tree just outside the yard. I am phlegmatic about it, and at some point I will mention it to someone who might recommend a solution.

Every river in the state is flooding, some higher than since recording began. It's warm enough so that rain falling high in the mountains, instead of the snow they would normally get, is continuing downhill to become winter runoff. Some bridges no longer visible. Landslides predicted.
