Kicking my Saturday off with a bang. This cocktail is potent! Don't have a name for it but damn, it's fucking strong. It's equal parts Irish whiskey, Irish gin, & poitín. A little squeeze of lime too. Lime and cherry for aesthetics. If you don't like bitter, earthy drinks, then this isn't for you.
