reality is people who need it aren’t claiming or under-claiming because the system is designed to make it too hard to do&too scary to risk. If I could update without reassessing the bits that will never change that would help but that is never offered. It’s all or nothing. Often all then nothing.

Yesterday I got a 2nd nhs appointment letter changing an appt time from 11 to 11.30 and today I get another letter (number 4). changing the appointment from 11.30 on the original day to 4 days later with a different dr different time. Honestly there’s no need for this much paper and bureaucracy

This is so spot on. Although for me it’s not really taking care of myself (dr appts aside) it’s my kids. I do occasionally push myself to do “Work” but I, and my household suffer for it, even when it’s something fun like painting a picture is the “work”. It’s unfair.
