I was stoked for the latest Hot Shots Golf until I saw they used gen AI. Looks like this Crazy Taxi is going in the same category of "Shame, I would've bought that."

@sega-west.bsky.social @sega.jp Crazy Taxi is an amaizing game, and I still love playing it in arcades today. I was so excited for this new title, but I would rather see it die than support Gen Ai use in media. If you intend to use Gen Ai in your other titles, then I won't be buying them either.

Good news is that I can fire up an emulator and play a version of Crazy Taxi that looks like beautiful human jank. That's what made it a gaming icon (well, that and the Offspring)
