Hey more UI posting =) Back in 2020 I worked on a small Wave-based FPS game called "Temple Imperium" with a few really cool and talented people. It was the first major project I ever worked on and so I wanted to give it some love recently (5 year anniversary in July) and give it a UI make-over!

This year's Summer Games Fest presentation was really concerned with how few people made a lot of those games, huh? It feels kinda fucked up. Not just because they're often misrepresntating the real size of these teams, but because I think it's playing directly into a new(ish) flavour of dev hate.

I'm not sure which of you need to hear this, but: If you push yourself to your limits and burn out for a company, you are trading years of your future productivity for minor gains in the present. Burning out will _fuck you up_, it's like brain fog or depression, and it takes years to recover

So! UK Games Fund has officially decided to fund Purr Point & CAT-A-STROPHIC! We've been putting in a tremendous amount of effort into the game, and we're really proud of the work we've done! We truly think we've got something special here and it's amazing to have UKGF behind us!

I know it's Early Access but how has Jump King Quest not popped off completely since its launch? The original was huge with streamers and I'm legit shocked this one isn't. It's multiplayer, it's a lot more unique than the original, and it's pretty long for only being a third of the final version
