Some things that I think are worth a lot: Try not to judge people you don't understand. Love yourself, as cheesy as that sounds. Let the bs go. All of it, from any source. Spend a lot of time just being, sitting, resting, basking. Don't listen to negative thoughts. Thank you, Bluesky peeps. :)
