Children are ending up in foster care because their parents are being detained. That is not incidental. It is the outcome of these policies. States are now scrambling to respond.

States change custody laws to keep children of detained immigrants out of foster care
As parents become separated from their children because of ICE arrests, legal advocates worry immigrants’ children are at risk of being placed in foster care systems.

Rehabilitation of the Dandelion! No other plant in the Netherlands attracts as many bee species: 107. In early spring, when nothing else is blooming, it is simply there. Meadow bird chicks that have just hatched depend on the insects that are drawn to dandelions. No dandelion, no insect, no chick.
