Expedition 33 really is /that/ good. I held off for the longest time because I found the way people talked about it at large to be pretty annoying—and a little xenophobic / ignorant towards JRPGs. Ultimately, enough people that I trust played and loved it, so I bit. And yeah, it's my GOTY too.
