I was delighted to contribute a chapter to this book - 'Defining & Understanding 'Health' in Health Law'. The ch does not offer a definition for 'health', and instead reflects on some parameters regarding how *not* to define health - focussing on the need to avoid defining it in relation to 'norms'.

I wrote the chapter on abortion and contraception, and co-write the chapter on medical negligence with @ecromanis.bsky.social and @sabrinagermain.bsky.social - introducing a more critical/feminist approach to teaching these topics!
