I love watching the BIG bands backstage before they go on like Metallica. The ones at the top. The attention to detail and staff doing anything and everything for them.

Watching two favourite films tonight, The Lovely Bones and Mission to Lars. The latter is particularly amazing and touching and funny with lots of Metallica in it.

Watching Green Book tonight. I love that film so much. I love Viggo too in everything he does. Brilliant actor.

I loved the two recent classic horror films of recent times, Nosferatu and Frankenstein. Both gorgeous costumes and set designs and make up etc. can’t decide which one I preferred.

I’m very much enjoying Frankenstein and he isn’t unattractive. 😅😅😅😅

Watched two docs today on Andrew and Hurricane Katrina. Both make me sick. The powerful always pissing on the poor and needy and vulnerable. And you know what, we’ll still vote for them and bow and grovel to them. 😡😡😡😡

Watching The Woman in Black. The film is ok but not a patch on the theatre show. I’ve seen it on stage about 6 or 7 times and it still terrifies me.

Just watched the film Weapons. A hard one to describe but I loved it. Very original and gory in places.

Saw this dress in town today and wanted it so much but not sure if I can justify spending a lot on something I’d hardly wear. Might not suit me either I suppose.

Spooky season continues. Out for coffee soon and loving this book too.

The best week and I’m off from 30th for four days. Wonderful.
