Also don't let anyone erase your identity! Anybody who tries to suggest you're just a confused trans girl isn't your ally, your identity is real. Just because non-binary people aren't as well understood by medicine doesn't make us not real!

So I just wanna put this out there as advice based on my experience for any enbies out there who are starting to hormonally transition. Go slow and listen to your body, hrt is A LOT and I ended up in a mental health crisis because I wasn't being mindful of my new mental state.

Just wanna note I'm not talking about my friends not being supportive! They have been in almost all cases wonderfully supportive.

I really hope the new therapist works out but I'm just not confident they'll understand the enby thing. At this point I know I can't push through medical transition without some real support.

I know there's a risk of making myself vulnerable by putting these thoughts out there but I've said before feel like there aren't enough non-binary voices sometimes and I'm tired of people trying to force me into a specific identity.

Gender stuff is super complicated for me. I sometimes authentically feel like a girl, a boy, something in-between or even neither. Unfortunately it makes me feel super mixed about HRT even though I love most of the effects. I REALLY miss my old sex drive and I really struggle with that.

I'm so glad I'm well on the mend from my mental health crisis. I always incorrectly thought of myself as this rock that would never run into an issue like that but it turns out I was wrong. At least its finally pushing me to get a therapist FFS.

Mental health really seems to be stabilizing today after some real sleep. Extreme sleep deprivation (due to anxiety, not sharing details here) does fucked up things to the brain.
