I have decided to take a step back from the daily doom scroll & focus on strengthening my divine consciousness and connection. The change in me has been incredible. I still plan on doing everything I can to be a part of a solution. But I can do it more effectively from that place of clarity.

This makes me so happy. One of my most profound spiritual experiences happened in Yosemite. And I return there in meditation practice to a special place I found. Now I have a new visual to include.

Protest at my small town courthouse yesterday lit me up. Lit all of us up. Local musicians singing songs, Democratic officials were speaking. Cars honking in support. a lot of folks said it was the biggest protest they had seen at that courthouse. Best sign: Hate never made any country great.
