#TimeForChange elections at Royal College of Physicians. I support: For President @drasifqasim.bsky.social For Vice-President @drlkvaughan.bsky.social For Council: @copddoc.bsky.social @respirologist.bsky.social @drbarrymonk1.bsky.social

Lastly, I believe there there is no-one who would make a better RCP Vice President than @drlkvaughan.bsky.social. And for RCP Council? @copddoc.bsky.social, @respirologist.bsky.social & @drbarrymonk1.bsky.social are leaders of huge ability & integrity. They'd be my votes (if only members had one..)

I’ve worked with @copddoc.bsky.social and @drbarrymonk1.bsky.social over the last year, before & since the #RCPEGM; the three of us believe it’s #TimeForChange in @RCPhysicians after the issues we’ve seen play out since March 2024. #RCPTimeForChange

Just talking to my daughter, who is a CT1 in O and G. Of her WhatsApp group from medical school (Warwick) only she and one other (and he is in the Army, so is a freebie to the NHS) have got training numbers. The rest are emigrating or planning to, or looking to leave the NHS.
