The only thing like this I've seen that worked was Garth Marenghi's Darkplace and I think the only reason it's funny is because they know the bad personal intent behind "bad" art is funny, Garth's character is fleshed out enough that the entire thing is designed to fit him and his warped reasoning.

When I saw Looney Tunes' "The Day the Earth Blew Up" (great movie btw) in theaters there was something wrong with the version the theater I was in had so right when it ended triumphantly and switched to the credits it cut straight to dead, solemn silence. I thought it was a bit and laughed so hard

Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun has such a good and funny grasp on what it's like making OCs and comics it's probably one of my favorite animes in general. The manga it's based on makes me laugh out loud when I read it and both the manga and anime made me interested in making comics.

I've been thinking a lot about what stops me from sharing my art and writing more and I think I'm scared at failing to connect with people. I have so much trouble truly clicking with anyone and art is all about connection. If no one can connect to my art does that mean no one can connect to me?
