Wore my first @mayakern.com skirt! I wore it to class and it is so comfy and the pockets are indeed huge. I had my phone, wallet, keys, chapstick, and some meds and still had room! I did not read the original, but I am reading the rekindled version currently and so far it is so good!! Truly reminds me why I loved reading so much before. The storytelling is brilliant and it is so easy to get absorbed into each word to the point you forget you're turning pages. Go buy, go read!!

Here's the Halloween outfit I put together for work despite my Dr.'s appt this a.m.! I wore a black skirt with an opaque petticoat under for the Dr and swapped to this one in the parking lot after. I also keep joking that my costume is cyborg bc of the holter monitor he gave me. 😆
