I’ve just finished this in the past week, but this is easily the best online course/series of lectures I’ve done. I’d tried it in a prior year and fallen on the wayside a bit, and I found the 2026 version with the split beginner/intermediate lectures much more approachable. Would recommend!!

Good policy from arxiv: AI-spawned misconduct - hallucinations, plagiarism, or evidence of using an AI to write “your” article - will get authors a one-year ban and the requirement that future submissions must be published at a reputable peer-reviewed place. Don’t waste people’s time with dreck.

What do people tend to use for interpreting models fit in JAGS/NIMBLE? I prefer specifying models (particularly hierarchical/latent state models) there vs in brms, but brms has so much more access to tools like tidybayes and marginaleffects.. #rstats
