Update on NASM goal: finished re studying the first two sections and took a practice exam with the rest going blind. (I finished reading through the book several months ago but didn’t take the exam then). 79/100 on the first practice exam. Right on track to slay that October goal!

Put my goal setting philosophy into practice- I want to complete my NASM CPT exam before the end of the year. I crawled through the book at a slower pace than I would have liked (and slower than I think if I had gone over the material online. Felt like I got a lot out of it, but not exam ready.

Been a little while since I had a dedicated leg day because it’s hard to squeeze in with all the classes I take that just can’t help being full body when they should be splits… Form and mobility are much improved though so the lighter weights on a more frequent basis have def helped!

Finally evolved this shadow shiny Scizor I’ve been holding onto for years! Making something old into something new, and visiting my old gym that was renovated this year to have double the space 💪
