Ok so phone lines open for IVF in an hour at 7am and I have stuff to do at like 9am and I'm busy at like 6pm so I guess no sleep?

You know your sleep pattern is cooked when you can talk to friends in every timezone before sleeping. Anyone else just get in bed and lay for like 12 hours and not sleep and just get up and just go about your day like that didn't happen?

I think a good tip at least for me is to stay busy and keep your head occupied, I've been out of work for a couple weeks and felt awful for it now I've set up a bunch of random plans I can't really think of anything else. I don't know why it took me so long to realize, not a fix but it helps
