I find Skeletor so relatable. With the slightest hiccup in his evil plan, he panics, freaks out, curses everyone, and leaves. The guy has no pivot. You just know he's back at Snake Mountain feeling so angry and plotting something else entirely new and overly elaborate that will fail.
