wake up at 6am, have a coffee and half a bagel, go to the gym and lift, come back and eat a post workout snack (today I ate my sisterโs oatmeal bake warmed with greek yogurt), pack up and head out, commute 2 hrs, I read a book, go to 2 classes, eat home meal in-between, come back home at 11pm, sleep
