I was so pleased to be allowed to create this #ttrpg for the zine. It's not your normal fandom contribution I guess, but it's what I do, so being able to build a simple, d6 system with an easy play adventure for newcomers and old hands who just want a bit of fun for a fandom I love was brilliant.

Mental struggling a bit with querying. I don't know how to keep myself on the positive side of things when it's feeling like rejections & silence. How have other writers querying fiction for the first time dealt with this? Non-Fiction was a whole different thing, but I've done side a lot more.

Sitting here being so proud of myself for sorting out MCM press passes for work, finishing edits on a short TTRPG system and one-shot I've been working on, getting back to a short story I was ignoring AND sorting my pension! That's what I call a productive day!

I was out with the Green Party yesterday and it was a joyful, hopeful day both with the team and with all the people we spoke to. Today is a struggle, mostly due to realising how few people actually went to the polls. Sigh. I'm not sure how to help this.
