Stair climbers are weird. It's hard to actually visualize how many flights you climb and the speed at which you do them. Worked out today and did 40 floors in 12ish minutes. The machine should tell you a building you recognize as compared to the amount of floor climbed.

I finished the Dark Tower series in the early 2010s, this is when I barely read shit since college was tough. I'm listening to the audiobooks on Book 2. The speed at which the drawing of #2 character was insanely fast compared to #1, which is crazy. I think I remember why, but night/day difference.

Jackie Chan's Who Am I? is one of my top two favorite movies he's done (Drunken Master is the other). Fun fact I found out today, costar was literally just a journalist and Jackie liked her, told her to try out, got the part, then never acted again. Unfortunately, the music does not age well.

Marathon is a horror game when playing solo... Near an exfil site... Hear someone call for exfil... Set up for a possible kill on them when exfil almost arrives... Miss your explosion, knife them to knockdown... And both people exfil safe.

I worked on a book project that is many years old. It doesn't have much, but there are ideas. I read the first few pages, and boy were they rough. In an hour, I only rewrote maybe a page or two. It needs a lot of work. Hopefully, I can continue to make something of this. I've missed writing.

Biggest change in 2025: reading. I went from barely reading anything the last 14 years to finishing 20 books in 2025. I've never read this much in a given period of time. It would have been more, but I'm finishing up The Way of Kings GrapicAudio book right now. Favorite book: Project Hail Mary.

Don't you love it when most of your gifts at Christmas are ceramic mugs, dipping sauce ceramics, a Pyrex measuring cup, thin measuring spoons and a glass Oster blender (700 watts). I'm getting old, and currently single if you can't tell.

After finishing Death Stranding 2, I needed a break from the chaotic world. Astro Bot is phenomenal. A must play. Even though it takes way too long to unlock Photo mode. Prepare for more photos if I can make them as snarky as this.

It took many months, and it's finally done. Rewatched King of the Hill so I could watch the new season. I'm pleasantly surprised how good the new season is. I wouldn't call it the best season, but it's a solid start. Overall, 8.5 for King of the Hill as a show.

Dutch Bros blows 151 Coffee out of the French press. That is all.

Taskmaster Series 20 is easily in the top-5 from the series. The cast were wonderful who meshed well immediately. Great tasks overall, every episode felt solid. Highly recommend.

I'm an ex-high school tennis player. I played baseball most of my life, and instantly switched to tennis. Doing that, I focused on one-handed backhand because two-hands were new at the time. Cut to 2025, I played Pickleball today for the first time, and it was hella fun!

Episode 1 of Pluribus down. Incredible opener. I'm very intrigued to see where this goes. Old school X-Files Vince is back!
