I realized that a vast majority of my problems stem from me being an addict, lol. not to drugs or alcohol (that ones dubious) but i get so utterly addicted to whatever can give me dopamine for the time being and squeeze it dry. all of my depressive and anxious symptoms are so much like withdrawal.

its funny, having realized all of these bad habits about myself when i was young and forcibly blocked them; in turn hollowed myself out because i was afraid of what couldve been. now, going far down the "i need to get worse" trail, i feel much more alive but lots of it is quite self destructive.
