And with this I finish my Marvel Comics magazines collecting project. This is by far the series I've bought in the worst condition (a lot of loose covers in that photo) but considering the prices asked for some of those issues I managed to get it together at fairly reasonable prices.

At this point, I feel I should publically thank the mighty @comicprintinguk.bsky.social for getting Dead Men Tell Tales to me in time for Thought Bubble. It was tight, but we managed to get the files together in time to (just) make the deadline, and he came through as he always does. Cheers, CPUK.

Two collecting projects finished this past weekend. There's a couple of "Rampaging Hulk" issues there in less than stellar condition... we'll consider them placeholders.

Overnight, we lost a big pledge. Thankfully, we also gained a few. So we're currently sitting at £1907, with just 11 hours to go to get over the £2000 mark. I'd like to smash it. So, if you like retro horror and small press comics, this is the book for you. Pledge your support ASAP. Thank you.

We had a really good day yesterday, but today seems to have stalled. Please look at our campaign. The script is one of my best, and the artists involved are amazing. Plus, there's a whole bunch of really cool add-ons, all written by me (see yesterday's posts for more details on them).

I wrote a script for an anthology horror comic which was inspired by anthology horror movies which were inspired by anthology horror comics. Most British anthology comics of the 70s had at least one Spanish artist. It's set in the 70s, so we have one Spanish artist. You want meta? I can do meta.
