ok, the Tinnitus has not reduced at all today. What's worse is it's become this higher pitched tone that when I stop and relax, it actually hurts my ear/head. Does anyone have any ways to reduce Tinnitus by whatever means?

Just woke up to an alert on my phone. My mom tried to buy nearly $500 worth of easter decorations and candy... So I ended up stealth removing it from the cart because that money is needed for her groceries. She will be upset with me in the morning... But it's on her that she put me as her advisor.

Today has been a mixed bag and part defeat. Mom's medical test had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks. My appointment was also rescheduled to June. And depression has hit super hard today. I gaged on my morning meds and ended up coughing some out before swallowing.

The last 6 months have gone by in a blur. But it constantly feels like I'm falling behind due to how overwhelming taking care of both this house and my mom. Today ended up ok. Used my evening time playing Blood on the Clocktower to kind of focus my thinking on something else. I don't know if there is something in my subconscious that is making me figure things out quickly, or my social reads are just better now? I really need to get into story telling.
