First fun TFCon story that isn’t transformers related. Driving back from dinner and in dense traffic I had to squeeze in to try and turn left and the guy behind me didn’t appreciate that and started flashing his lights like a disco. I can’t make my turn with the timing left so kept going straight.

Angry with myself this morning. Flying out and while in the TSA line realized I still had my knife and multitool on me. So those got surrendered.

Waiting on a phone call for a concrete leveling crew that’s now 3 hours behind schedule. Get a call from an unlisted number asking if they could contract out for any Microsoft Office or Copilot services. After the whiplash I had to say “No, and why are you calling me?”

Bad news: the new Matchbox Motocompo is too big for a Dianaut. Good news:

Ugh, gotta cross the airport to our connecting flight. But wait, a savior appears.

Flight 1 complete. Highlights included a tween really really wanting my window seat and getting glare flash banged from a random lake through said window.

Early morning flights from conventions suck. Bad sleep and hard to say goodbye to friends. So goodbye friends and hope you get better sleep than I did.

Enjoyed a post convention meal and debrief with friends and I’m ready for a nap.

Walking by Artfire’s booth doing one last TFCon lap and random guy behind the table let me know that “These are all from JAPAN! Did you know that some things didn’t release in the US?”

Traveling across the country means I go for the small pick ups. Also, no signs of metal card bot.

Picard management tip: Admitting one's failures is a sign of confidence and strength. It reassures others that failing is okay.

TFCon hotel AC got the room so dried out that I just want to live in the shower and it’s life giving humidity.

3 or 4 hours later and Craftsman Toys Computron is combined. It does a lot of neat tricks with fold flip shift fold other way and flip back panels. But it’s staying this way. Also, every figure’s left shoulder squeaked. Including the combined mode.
