Welp. (Curious that this came from an nsf.gov email address referencing the Standard Application Process at the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics, which we've never gone through for our data. There is apparently no NCES staff to send the bad news email).

In these dark times, it's comforting to know that reviewer 2 can still be a complete menace: "So the findings are weak and depend on the specification, but papers have been published with less."

Another great resource: the Segregation Tracking Project. We built off NCES data to create Longitudinal Imputed School Database. Race/eth and free lunch data for every school in the US 1991-2022. We impute erroneous/missing data but retain original CCD values. edopportunity.org/segregation/
