This week, Immigration Judge Michael Pleters dismissed the federal government’s deportation case against DACA recipient Catalina “Xochitl” Santiago. Judge Pleters stated Xochitl’s DACA status is valid & authorized the court to terminate her removal proceedings. We know this fight is not over.

Paulo is a son, a husband, and a father. He is also a valid DACA recipient. Despite this, 7 unidentified immigration agents detained Paulo outside his mother’s house, in front of his 7 and 3-year-old children. DHS must release him and adhere to DACA’s protections.

There has been an alarming spike in DACA recipients kidnapped by immigration agents, including Paulo & Xochitl. #HomeisHere
