I understand the point here, but strongly disagree. That politicians have failed to protect our democracy in the past does not justify a failure to protect it now. The risk that our democratic system could be flooded with foreign money is real and immediate. It needs real and immediate action.

This is very serious. It seems patients are being evacuated from Southampton hosp inc from its dialysis unit. Many of us saw this sort of hugely worrying and dangerous problem ahead if we left incompetent greedy water companies in control. Why didn't the Govt? #PublicOwnership is the only option.
