My paper "The Ethics of Agenda Setting" has been published in Synthese. I am very happy about this one, it's one of the main outputs of my work on the role of attention in democratic politics at the University of Oslo, and hopefully a prelude to much future work on the pol.phil of agenda setting

My paper "Ignoring the Unreasonable" was just published. In it, I argue that when it comes to supporters of illiberal or authoritarian politics ("the unreasonable" in Rawlsian parlance), we should not listen to them and try to understand their perspective or where they're coming from.

I'm not fully sure about the empirical picture here, but as usual, @polphilpod.bsky.social's take has very much intelligence and insight, and I agree with a lot of it. I'm also very dissatisfied with the "abandoned working class" narrative.

My short piece on Shmuel Nili's book Philosophising the Indefensible, is now published in Analyse & Kritik. Although I was a bit critical, I think this book has really important things to say about engaging with illiberal/unreasonable politics and the responsibilities of political philosophers.
