One of my favorite places to visit is a local marina on a sunny day. Why you might ask? I love to see all the starfish on the rocks and last time, I got to see a nettle jellyfish. Other critters swimming around are harbor seals and sea lions. I love watching wildlife go on about their lives. #nature

Had a nice relaxing day doing some cross stitching and then went rockhounding at the beach. We stayed late enough to catch the sunset.

In celebration of Native American Heritage month, I chose to read a book recently written by Quinault Knowledge Holders and an anthropologist. Beautifully illustrated and lots of great information.
